Redemption is one of the major attractions and a major role player in repeat customers for any amusement park. We have developed a very simple and easy to use Redemption Management System, which enables the FECs to keep a track of all redemption transactions, monitor customer account history and store customers redemption transaction history All redemption points are electronically stored against the RFID card, which can be easily done either manually, or using our state-of-the-art Ticket eater machine. Integrado also offers paperless redemption offer to its clients where the redemption points directly get stored in the customer RFID cards. The interactive Balance Check Machine is also one of the most interactive features of Integrado that allows the customers to check their redemption details by tapping their RFID cards on the interactive screen. The ticket eater machine of Integrado allows customer to insert their tickets into the machine and the machine calculates the amount of tickets and add them up to the customer’s card.
